Central Catholic Hires Jason Allen as Girls’ Soccer Coach

Jason Allen has been named the girls’ soccer coach at Central Catholic High School, Director of Athletics Greg Dempsey recently announced.

"Jason will do an outstanding job of leading our girls’ soccer program,” Dempsey said. “He has extensive high school and college coaching experience, which will provide our student-athletes with a coach that has many years of experience at multiple levels.  Jason has also done an outstanding job of growing programs throughout his career.  These qualities make Jason a great fit for our program."

Allen brings over 20 years of coaching experience in both soccer and lacrosse at the high school and collegiate levels to Cherry Street.

"I’m excited to start this new chapter of coaching in my life,” Allen said.  “Central Catholic has given me an opportunity to create a girls’ soccer program that will be recognized throughout the area.  I look forward to training with the girls as soon as I can."

On the pitch, Allen most recently served as the girls’ soccer coach at Woodmore High School (2013-18).  He led the Wildcats to 3 league championships, 3 district finals appearances, and 1 district title.
